Ben began his career right here in Myrtle Beach, helping buyers find second home and investment properties in golfing communities. Over time, his career branched out, joining the sales team of a national builder and—on several occasions—achieving honors for both sales volume and customer satisfaction scores. He went on to build a high-performance realty group, focusing on clients who dream of owning a home in the Myrtle Beach area.
With a comprehensive background in business and sales management, sales coaching, marketing, and promotion, Ben has an amazing depth of experience. He’s the best in the business, which is why he’s the BIC at Grande Dunes Properties.
